· Please arrive Sunday, November 23rd around 4:30 and set up by 5:00 for judging.

Enter off of Walker onto Short Street drive South around City Hall and go into the Sand Park Pool Parking lot. 

· Entering in Sand Park Pool Parking lot the first row to the left is for Government vehicles all other line ups are as they arrive. 

·  This year, there will not be a designated drop-off area, and the Civic Center will not be open. Please plan a meet-up spot for your group in the Sand Park Pool parking lot near your float.

Additionally, there will be portable restrooms available on-site for participants. (please make sure you designate a meet up spot at the end of the parade at Machesney Park Center). Organizers needs to be clear on these directions as parents were very confused in the past. If they want to park and wait to watch the fireworks, please park on the Festival Grounds.

- All organizations are only allowed 3 vehicles in the parade. DO NOT bring more than 3 unless you’ve gotten approval from our committee.

· All candy and supplies must be on the float before pulling in the lineup (no vehicles can drive in and deliver because they will not be able to get out).

· Bigger vehicles will park by GE Aviation and an email will be sent out to let them know how to get into the parade line up.
